Understanding our refund and cancellation Guidelines.
Most services on this portal are digital and consumed instantly (e.g., API hits, PDF generation). Once a service is successfully delivered or an API call is successful, no refund will be provided.
If a service fails due to a technical error on our end and your wallet was debited, the amount will be automatically refunded to your wallet within 24 hours. If not, please contact support with your transaction ID.
Balance added to the wallet is intended for use within the portal. Requests for refund of unutilized wallet balance to a bank account are generally not entertained, except in specific cases at the discretion of the Administration.
Any dispute regarding a transaction must be raised within 3 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
